Training

Sales Enhancer classroom training is built keeping in mind the constraints of the new age sales leaders. The program has a unique blend of pre-program customization, classroom learning, and on-job implementation model. All of the components have been designed to ensure that the learning and implementation activities are complemented to their schedule and not act an additional job activity.

The coaching version of the program is built exclusively for those front-line managers who are transitioning into their roles. The coaching has been designed to ensure that they get a ‘Drivers Perspective’ in delivering the expectations of their role.

  • 12 Weeks Comprehensive Coaching Plan

  • Grey Heron consultants work with frontline sales leaders to help build their knowledge, skills and transform them to habits

  • Front line sales leaders will attend Briefing sessions in short bursts of 1 to 2 hours through the duration of implementation

  • Grey Heron supports the implementation process through the use of a variety of tools and templates that help build consistency in operations

A 12 week on the floor coaching model, that helps sales leaders learn the art of building, managing and enhancing successful sales teams. The coaching model framework has been exclusively designed to ensure a high level of interaction between the sales coach and the sales leader. This approach also further ensures that all activities as converted into routines thereby ensuring continual implementation of the routines beyond the implementation period.

Sales Shield

Introducing the Sales Enhancer Shield™ a series of classroom interventions built to ensure the overall development of selling skills for the individual salesperson and mid-managers. Programs in this series have been carefully curated to address the critical areas that are essential for

  • Enhanced conversions of leads
