A thorough, pedigreed professional, Rajiv has a rich and varied Industry experience spanning 36 years of corporate journey, Rajiv has gained wide experience during the time spent with varied industry types.

Starting his career in Sales with companies like Wimco, Dabur, Bakemans & Times of India Rajiv went on to lead the L&D initiatives at different levels, for organizations like NIS Sparta, Bharti Telenet, Reliance Industries, Aptara & ACME Telepower. 

​

His last assignment was with IMT as a Group Head – Corporate Relations, where he was instrumental in streamlining campus recruitment process & successfully enabling recruitments of over 1500 students, besides training them on corporate culture and other soft skills.

​

Rajiv has led large scale learning projects for organizations like Reserve Bank of India, Coca Cola, Bajaj Finserv, PwC, Voltas, Orient, to name but a few, on both the national and international front. His areas of specialization include end to end Sales Management  Intervention, Negotiation Skills,  Behavioral  Transformation, Leadership Interventions, MDP & TTT.

 

Rajiv has a flair to design customized interventions to address clients’ needs.

Maheshwari

She brings in a unique ability to understand the multiple facets of challenges across levels in industries. She works very closely with leaders and mangers so that they can create superior business results.

Maheshwari is a Post Graduate in Organization Development and Change Management from TISS. She has spent 13 years in human capital transformation and architecting organizational development roadmaps.

​

She began her career as an HR professional and then worked towards building competence in the space of organizational learning capability through rigorous self-development and academic inputs. She used her skills, expertise to establish herself as an independent consultant for senior and middle management interventions.

​

She has delivered programs across levels for key industries like Manufacturing & Automobiles, Technology, Telecom, Media and BFSI. Maheshwari brings in her passion for enabling measurable results for the participants and uses multiple creative mediums to increase the interaction and engagement levels. Her ability to use theatre and art to help people reflect makes her workshop experience unique. She has successfully cleared the accreditation for NLP, Advanced DISC. She is certified for Global Leadership Assessment, as an EI-ESAP Professional and behavioural analyst. Maheshwari is endorsed to conduct consulting and training assignments in the areas of Leadership, Management Development, Service Excellence, People & Personal Effectiveness, Leading Self for Women.

Madhushree

Madhu's expertise lies in Leadership | Relationship | Mindfulness | Coaching & Facilitation |

Madhushree is a Senior Facilitator and Coach. She is a Post Graduate in Management, an ACC from International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Level 2 Mindfulness coach.

 

She has close to three decades of corporate experience and has led large teams in Training and Development function.

 

She has been engaged in many CXO level Initiatives for Leadership Development, Facilitation and Coaching across multiple industries.She is passionate about causing sustainable and measurable shifts in Leadership Effectiveness, Team Resonance and Organisation Culture.

Madhu has been associated with Landmark worldwide since 2011 and has assisted as a coach and Head coach in the curriculum of Living since Dec 2013. She assists participants of Self expression and Leadership Program to cause break through results in the areas of life they are committed to.

Mona

Mona is a professional with over 35 years of overall experience.

An experience ranging from Sales, MDP, Leadership training to content development to Managing L&D, has helped Mona become a well-rounded Human Resources Professional. She has worked with the best of organisations in their respective domains like NIS Sparta, Avon Beauty Products, DHL & Biotique

Mona has successfully led initiatives in the areas of Leadership Development, Behavioural Transformation, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Sales Management & Coaching. During her stint with NIS Sparta, she was privileged by conducting both corporate and career trainings besides being responsible for developing content

Anjani

Anjani's areas of competence are Leadership Development | Managerial Competency Matching Process & Evaluation | Project Management

Anjani has 36 years of multifaceted experience across business functions such as operations & maintenance, strategy, business development, marketing & sales, project planning, management and execution, stakeholders’ management, land acquisition and statutory clearances in manufacturing, ports, shipping, and logistics industry.

 

An engineering graduate with MBA in Finance, a certified PMP®, and MICS (UK), Anjani has completed The Art & Science of Coaching Module I from Erickson Coaching International and has been trained on Front End Loading by The IPA Institute, Australia.

 

Having spent majority of his career with Tata Steel and its group companies such as TMILL, Dhamra Port and Subarnarekha Port, he has also worked with Essar Port and Karaikal Port, at CXO level. Anjani has successfully led large-scale greenfield and brownfield port projects and has managed various port and logistics ventures.

​Having worked in companies of the likes of Abbot India Limited before deciding to dedicate his experience in L&D Shireesh's contribution in Training has been extra ordinary.

Shireesh has a Master's Degree in Business Management

Balasubramani 

Balu, as he is fondly known in the Industry, has a Bachelor of Science degree from Chennai University (1984-87), followed by Industrial experience of 25 Yrs of Marketing & Sales in the:

  • Medical Equipments and

  • Pharma Industry

combined with intense spells as a trainer (both free- lance as well as in the companies he worked for). This background has set him up to be a committed trainer working to achieve greater heights as a trainer and coach.

His work stints with Industry majors like Cipla and Ranbaxy combined with his stints as a trainer in Insurance, Education, Heavy Industry & Retail EWM sectors have given him a good insight into the workings of the Indian Industry.

His long stints as a trainer have developed his skills for communication and people understanding to a level that makes him capable of connecting well with his audience and conveying concepts with clarity, while maintaining interest.

Alok

Alok, an MBA with 36 years of experience of which 17 years in Traditional Lubricants Distribution Channels & 13 years in Co-Owned Petroleum Retail Network. Expertise gathered in areas of Sales & Marketing, Advertising & Sales Promotion, Business Development, Budgetary Control, Training & Development, Staff Administration, Grievance Redress, Logistics and Key Account Management.

His last assignment was with Reliance Industries Limited, as Senior Vice President – Marketing. Additionally responsible for Developing International Business in North Western Europe. Cross-functional experience in various geographies. Have worked in start-up of a Lubricant Retail Distribution network and a Petroleum Retail network. Managing a business with 100% adherence to company policies. Excellent Analytical, Communication, Interpersonal and Negotiation skills.

Shweta

Shweta Desai has a rich experience of working with Idea Cellular and ICICI bank. At Idea Cellular, she was in the Management Development Function being an integral part of the ‘National Content & Leadership Competency Development team’.

Modules Shweta has worked on includes - Creativity & Problem Solving Lab, Working in Diversity, Holding People Accountable, Influence Others to Get Results, Self-Coaching and Personal Effectiveness.

Shweta Received the ‘IDEA Excellence Award’ for her innovative approach in launching the e-learning initiative at the Corporate Office. She completed the certification course on ‘Instructional Design Skills’ by Gyanodaya – the learning and development unit of the Aditya Birla Group.

Harpreet 

Harpreet is an astute and result oriented professional with over 26 years of experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, including 15 years in a leadership profile. Having e been part of the senior leadership team, he had various opportunities to lead cross functional business initiatives.

 

Having worked with Organizations like GEIL, Modi Korea Telecom, Airtel, BTGS and Verizon in India, Harpreet is professionally trained in ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT – Service Management, Training & Certification of Business Process Auditor by United Registrar of Systems, U.K. and Program on “Entrepreneurial Development”.
